Group T students can travel around Leuven for free by bus or by bicycle.
BUS
As far as the bus is concerned, it’s very easy. At the beginning of the academic year you receive a free bus pass from De Lijn, one of Flanders ’ public transport providers, from the student secretary.
BICYCLE
You’ll have to collect your free bicycle yourself from the organization VELO in Leuven. Inter S pays the rent for your bicycle for the entire academic year. You only pay a deposit of € 50.00, which will be fully refunded when you return the bicycle.
VELO is located in the Minderbroederstraat 12, Leuven, a five-minute walk from Campus Vesalius. You can collect your bicycle weekdays between 10:00 and 16:00.
The free bus and bicycle are part of a “broader” mobility plan through which Group T wishes to contribute to a greater environmental consciousness and a new mobile mentality.
