Master students laureates at USG-Innotiv

So much has already been said and written about it. We have to change the way we deal with energy. The use of energy in buildings, in particular, makes up a large piece of global consumption. Four Group T master students joined forces and designed an energy management system for a residential complex in Leuven. For their achievement, on 24 March 2010, during the Day of the Engineer, they were proclaimed laureates for the greenest and most innovative project at USG-Innotiv.

­The energy management system devised by master students Toon Heirman, Tom Hennes, Frederik Konings, and Jonas Vlasselaer was named the most innovative and green project during the 2010 Day of the Engineer.
