The university college's administration is in the hands ofthe Board of Directors—including the President, its Bureau, and the Executive Committee.
The management is run by the Director General and the Deans of the Leuven Engineering College and the Leuven Education College. The departments are run by the deans together with the managers of the units or the team coordinators.
Both on the level of the university college and on that of the departments, several forms of employee participation are active.
Group T is a member of the K.U.Leuven Association.
